Logical K9 is a small-scale, one-of-a-kind dog training and camp focusing on realistic expectations and understanding the mind of your dog. We are located on 7 private acres in Alexander, NY where your dog will be immersed into our facility for personal care and intense supervision.
Why did you add your dog to your life?
Fun, right? Companionship, maybe? If anything, to add some sustenance and enjoyment to your everyday routine! But it’s likely that that is not the reality of what you’re working with, and that’s why we’re here for you.
We want you to enjoy your dog, enjoy going for walks at whatever time of the day you’d like (we see you reactive dog owners walking at the crack of dawn). Maybe having company over is a nightmare and you just avoid it overall because of the explosion that it elicits from your dog.
Here we follow the philosophy of firm but fair, and make it our job to create a language and environment that keeps expectations extremely clear.
Through this clarity and the use of tools and rules, we are able to revamp daily functions with your dog creating a flow of life that is much more manageable and enjoyable for all.
Quality of life for everyone in the household, furry or not, is key to keeping a healthy home and a way to make sure everyone’s mental and physical health is being taken into consideration (we’ve seen many owners stressed to their wits end).
Here at Logical K9, we strive to help owners understand the fundamentals of a dog’s decision-making, mental threshold abilities and lack thereof, and most importantly, how to feel confident and competent when holding the leash and speaking in a way that is crystal clear.

Day Camp $25/day Monday - Friday
Our day camp program thrives off structured interactions, pack activities, and of course, proper play. Day Camp is exclusive to those who have been through a training program involving full freedom capabilities. After five years of DIY raw feeding, I've discovered the need to educate owners on the dog food industry. Feeding a biologically appropriate diet is ideal for all dogs. Whether you are trying to feed your dog a better diet or trying to cure health problems, a raw diet could be the best thing you ever did for your best friend(s).
Raw feeding can be intimidating due to the amount of information and the fear of "doing it wrong", so I'm here to make it easy with a custom made feeding diet and schedule.
